At the moment, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not currently ship internationally, to Hawaii, Alaska, or PO Boxes.

If your order is missing an item or if any items are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at hello@shopavalato.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We recommend to wipe the surface of the mat with a microfiber cloth after each use. For cleaning, add oil-free soap to microfiber cloth, and apply evenly. Allow it to soak, then wipe the mat with a clean cloth and let it dry fully. Avoid spraying cleaning solution directly onto the mat.

To prevent staining, avoid using lotions, sunscreen or wearing accessories like rings or bracelets while using the mat. Avoid letting pets rest on the mat, as it may cause scratches.

When storing your mat, roll it with the logo facing outward to prevent wrinkles on the surface. Prolonged exposure to the sun can degrade the mat more quickly, so it's best to avoid leaving it in direct sunlight for extended periods.

Wash Dumbbells and Bands by hand using an all-natural cleaner. You can use a cloth with water or mild soap, such as dish or hand soap. Allow them to air dry completely. Avoid using anything that contains essential oils.

Our AVALATO mats have a base layer made from Hevea Tree Juice, commonly known as natural rubber. Like any other rubber products, there might be a slight rubber smell when you first open the box. Don't worry, though—it should go away quickly! If you do notice a smell, simply leave your mat out flat overnight before using it for the first time.
